About
Karla Pinhel Ribeiro is Ph.D. (in progress) from the University of São Paulo, USP, Master in Philosophy from the University of Santa Catarina, UFSC and graduated in Law from State University of Londrina, UEL. Her PhD project was selected at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, UFRJ, Beijing University and Seoul National University, SNU. She has national and international publications in the areas of Ethics, Aesthetics, Politics and Law. She worked in various segments of government, nongovernmental and international organizations. She served as a consultant to the United Nations Program for Development, UNDP, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Cultural Citizenship, General Coordination Mobilization and Coordination Network for the period 2008-2009. In 2011, her PhD project was selected in Globalistics' 2011 held in Lomonosov Moscow State University, MSU, Moscow, Russia, sponsored by UNESCO and invited to be published in the international Journal of Globalization Studies.
